Transport allowance
congatec will pay a transport allowance for your transit to vocational school in Passau.
Azubi lunches
Once a month, all Azubis and their mentor-instructors meet for lunch – and congatec picks up the tab!
Exam prep & in-house study groups
At congatec, we’ll help you prepare specifically for your exams:
We run revision sessions every two weeks, and we also support you with study groups and structured exam preparation – so you’ll understand the vocational school curriculum even better and feel confident going into your exams.
Rewards for graduates and excellent report cards
You successfully completed your apprenticeship? Or did you bring home an excellent report card from vocational school? congatec will reward you with a bonus!
Great prospects
Our aim is to offer our trainees a permanent position upon successful completion of their training. Whether you are offered a permanent position depends on the company’s capacity and your personal performance.
Apprentice salary
1. Year of training: 1.100,00 €
2. Year of training: 1.200,00 €
3. Year of training: 1.300,00 €
4. Year of training: 1.350,00 €
Annual trainee excursions
Join all the trainees on an adventure – our trainee outings not only foster team spirit, but also strengthen camaraderie and team cohesion.
Mobile working
Even as a trainee, you have the option – depending on your role and in consultation with your training supervisor – to carry out some of your tasks remotely.

How does the application process work?
1. You apply for an apprenticeship position with your complete
application documents: covering letter, CV and any relevant certificates
2. Our training team will review and assess your application documents
3. We will then invite you for a “get to know you” personal meeting
4. To see if you will like working for us, you will complete a ‘trial’ working day
5. Once all ‘obstacles’ have been overcome by yourself, you will receive from us a training contract
6. We will then be pleased to welcome you to our #teamcongatec
