Inside Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

- with immediate effect, located in San Diego -

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team employing our business process management software to ensure the success of new and existing customer orders and projects
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers with pertinent data required for project(s) success
  • Collaborate with Sales on strategies for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Inform project status, schedule and key issues to customers, channel partners, and congatec management on a regular basis
  • Regularly interface and collaborate with necessary congatec departments
  • Improve customer and channel partner relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries
  • Create & Maintain customer master data in corporate ERP system
  • Manage project Sales Order and Return Material Authorization process within corporate ERP system (quotation through shipment)
  • Create and analyze daily reports pertinent to the project(s)
  • Manage customer/project product demonstration inventory and deployments
  • Develop process improvements to meet customer project needs

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • 3-5 years of experience in computer hardware or similar industry recommended
  • Effective interpersonal skills and committed to the customer perspective
  • Proficient in professional correspondence, verbal and written
  • Ability to manage time and work independently as well as working well in a team environment
  • Appetite for solving problems, taking initiative
  • Profound Excel and Power Point skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented
