Inside Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)
- with immediate effect, located in San Diego -
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team employing our business process management software to ensure the success of new and existing customer orders and projects
- Assist Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers with pertinent data required for project(s) success
- Collaborate with Sales on strategies for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Inform project status, schedule and key issues to customers, channel partners, and congatec management on a regular basis
- Regularly interface and collaborate with necessary congatec departments
- Improve customer and channel partner relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Create & Maintain customer master data in corporate ERP system
- Manage project Sales Order and Return Material Authorization process within corporate ERP system (quotation through shipment)
- Create and analyze daily reports pertinent to the project(s)
- Manage customer/project product demonstration inventory and deployments
- Develop process improvements to meet customer project needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in computer hardware or similar industry recommended
- Effective interpersonal skills and committed to the customer perspective
- Proficient in professional correspondence, verbal and written
- Ability to manage time and work independently as well as working well in a team environment
- Appetite for solving problems, taking initiative
- Profound Excel and Power Point skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Detail-oriented
