Fill out the RMA form and send it to rma@congatec.com 
The form will be returned to you, with a valid RMA number, via email within one working day. Include this form with your RMA shipment when returning the goods to congatec AG.

+49 (0) 991/2700-130 Upon request, you will be sent a RMA Form with a valid RMA number via email within one working day. Fill out this form and include it with your RMA shipment when returning the goods to congatec AG.

2. Send goods back to congatec AG

Make sure you include the completed RMA form with your shipment.
Fill out the RMA analysis form. This is not mandatory but a detailed description of the failure will speed up your turn around time.
The RMA number should be visible on the outside of the package and on the delivery form. 
Shipments that do not include the RMA number and an error description cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.

General

Our standard turn around time for repairs is 20 working days (from incoming date to outgoing date).
C.O.D. shipments sent to congatec AG will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Only C.O.D. shipments that have been previously authorized by congatec AG will be accepted.
If the reported failure, as well as any other failure, is not detected during testing then a test and handling fee of 35€ plus shipping costs will be charged. This is applicable even if the product is still under warranty.

A flat rate repair fee of 60€ will be applicable under the following conditions:

1. If the damage to the product has been caused by the customer while the product is still under warranty.
2. Repairs that are conducted on products that are no longer covered under warranty.

If in either case congatec AG determines that the repair costs will exceed the standard flat rate fee then the customer will be notified about the estimated cost of repair before the repair work is carried out.
