FAE - Field Applications Engineer (m/f/d)
- with immediate effect, located in Shanghai -
Your tasks:
- Technical support for customer project development
- Customer issue analysis and developing solutions in collaboration with R&D hard/software
- Preparation of tests and test reports
- Technical support and training for customers and partners
- Onsite customer visits for customer service, debug and sales support
- Provide relevant technical sales support for trade shows
Your profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Master of Science plus professional experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with complex electronical systems
- Good Know-how in computer-architecture (X86) and system-software (Windows)
- Good English communication skill is plus
