Changes:
1. Added support for new command line parameters /bldrenable and /bldrdisable.
2. Added MAC address recovery support for Icelake-D designs.
3. Added "Keep LAN area" support for Icelake-D designs. Use the /lan command line parameter to not overwrite the Icelake-D ethernet NVM image.
