FAE - Field Applications Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Provide customer support during the integration of congatec products into customer systems
- Analysis of customer problems and developing solutions in collaboration with R&D hard/software
- Troubleshooting electronic circuits in coordination with the R&D hard/software departments
- Creation of customized specifications and functional specifications according to customer requirements
- Preparation of documentation for products (application notes, CTNs and tech notes)
- Preparation of tests and test reports
- Technical support and training for customers, partners and employees
- Onsite customer visits for customer Service and Sales support
- Provide Technical Sales Support at trade shows
Your profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Master of Science plus professional experience
- Experience with complex electronical systems
- Good Know-how in computer-architecture (X86, ARM) and system-software (Windows, Linux)
- English fluent (written & spoken)
- High level of creativity and motivation combined with a hands-on-approach
- Ideally experience with product-lifecycle-management-databases
