  • congatec GmbH collects and processes your name, address, telephone number, and, if applicable, consent for publication of your name and picture, exclusively for conducting the sweepstake.
  • Data processing is based on voluntary consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
  • You can withdraw consent anytime by informal notification. Data processing already carried out remains unaffected.
  • All data will be deleted after the competition ends.


Other Provisions

  • Cash payment or transfer of winnings is not possible.
  • Winning claims cannot be assigned to another person.
  • congatec reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
