From January 1, 2026, the former JUMPtec website will redirect to this page on congatec.com. From here, you can access all JUMPtec products and related information within the congatec ecosystem.
Q2: Who issues invoices for JUMPtec products now?
Invoices for JUMPtec products continue to be issued by JUMPtec GmbH. The legal entity remains unchanged, even though the products and content have moved to congatec.com.
Q3: Has anything changed in the billing or payment process?
No. Your billing process, bank details, and contractual counterpart remain the same. You will still receive invoices from JUMPtec GmbH
Q4: Will my existing JUMPtec contract terms continue to apply?
Yes. All existing contractual terms, pricing agreements, and delivery conditions with JUMPtec remain valid.
Q5: Are my existing JUMPtec products still available?
Yes. All former JUMPtec products remain available through congatec. Existing part numbers, specifications, and long-term availability commitments stay in place.
Q6: Do I need to change my current designs?
No. Existing designs based on JUMPtec products are not affected. If you plan a redesign or a next-generation platform, our team can support you in evaluating options across the full congatec portfolio.

Yes. Ordering processes remain unchanged. You can continue to order the same products through congatec.
