eMMC Information

If the customer changes the eMMC settings to operate in pSLC (pseudo-Single-Level-Cell) mode, the memory architecture is permanently altered. This reduces the usable capacity and may cause incompatibilities with standard test routines during the RMA service. The BIOS/UEFI settings may also differ from the validated mass production defaults. Therefore, customers must inform congatec proactively when submitting an RMA request if pSLC mode is enabled, as congatec may need to contact you to align the RMA procedure further.
